My cats are mostly like Elvis. Although when I try to give my cat Gregory his pill pocket treat with medication in it, he will look at it, look up at me, then back at the treat, as if to say “Sigh, is this it? Oh well, I guess I should just eat it.”
My local SPCA adoption center has windows outside for many of the cat rooms. However, for the ones without an outside window, there are little TVs showing a constant stream of squirrel and bird videos for the kitties amusement while in “prison.”
My sister’s cat, Serenity, actually enjoys eating dried seaweed, or at least licking off all the salt (depending on her mood). It’s apparently not only safe for cats, but also has a lot of health benefits! Eat on, Pucky!
One of my cats sat on the glass top of my roommate’s aquarium (which housed 2 goldfish) and it broke in two, falling into the tank. The fish were fine but there was water everywhere. I figured out which cat was the culprit by the rather wet fur he was sporting… But maybe he was just an innocent bystander…
