My husband was a lawyer, a long time ago in a small town. This was not his only dubious sounding proclamation. Come to think of it, the “in transit” thing sounds like a lawyer thought of it, doesn’t it?
“..just run across them” My husband called this “in transit”. The cats were technically not allowed on the counters or shelves but in reality could go anywhere they liked “in transit”. Sort of like those old Florida laws that said a person could carry a firearm anywhere at any time as long as they were going fishing.
Of my pill-needing cats only two are decent about it, and they’re 15 year old brothers. Mitch will happily eat his pills hidden in a treat, and Flynn wants the treat by itself and will gladly sit and take the pills first to get it.
I’d buy a “worse with time” one. Maybe two, and an all-occasion banner.
