Our drugs are more expensive because we are paying the cost to develop them. We develop and then countries just make them. So our drug companies sell them cheaper around the world because the other option is to offer them at a higher price and just be undercut by foreign countries that don’t care about patents. If we didn’t pay the higher prices then new drugs would simply not be developed and you would be by drugs from China that May or may not have actual medicine in them.
Why? Why should we be responsible for everyone in the world. Why don’t these young stay in their country and fight to make it better. At what point is enough? If they don’t change their country are we just supposed to let every generation come here? Let buy a cruise ship and load them up and take them to Ireland. Australia has plenty of open land. I think rat is right. You have to look at the bigger picture to understand what Rat is saying. Look how many people are going to vote for Harris because she says she has the answers and is going to fix all their problems. Not one of them is saying “you have been in charge the last four years, why are you not doing this right now instead of waiting till after the election”?
