I saw this same cartoon years ago. Copyright date is 2009, that sounds about right. There are TWO mistakes. The first as stated above is first term is “35.74” not “3.74”. The second mistake is that the “T” is missing from last term, written incorrectly as “0.4275(V^0.16)”, correct is "0.4275T(V^0.16) as you have above. I guess he never got my correction…
