. . . BTW, having to work with computers, it seemed important to me that my children would need to learn how to work with this new technology for their future careers. I was most fortunate, that they were able to learn to the extent to “upgrade their parents” as needed. Perhaps, this is similar to having a pet (or a child)? If, you train your pet well, then you will enjoy being around it? Without the proper training and attention, then you may find that you are better off without it? It’s a choice. Wouldn’t you say? :)
. . . @dogday, I can understand your concerns, though @Signe Wilkinson seems to be giving us a warning about what can happen if we ignore our parental responsibilities? We have got to figure out what is good to enhance the education of our children and what is wrong to protect them from harm. Sometimes, humor can say much more than words. Do you?
