Why is it that Mrs Godfrey’s subject is referred to as “Social Studies”. Most of what she teaches appears to be History. So is “Social Studies” another term for “History”, or is there a difference?
It’s good that Gocomics have retained the original names, “Esther Williams” and “Johnny Weismuller”. I recall another strip in which the name was replaced by “Brad Pitt” or something – long before that actors was even born! Now, if they could refrain from colorizing the strips and publish them in the original black and white….
