Very sorry to hear about the property damage but very glad no one was hurt. Never lost power in this part of Bothell but I have friends in / near Woodinville who lost power for a few days in there. Hopefully that was the last of bomb cyclones or any other kind of cyclones for a while…
+1 to this – the antiviral and being up to date on vaccinations made it go much faster for me and my kid, than it did for my wife, who was ineligible for the antiviral due to a medication conflict and who was literally 2 days out from getting the booster when we all got covid last time.
Also, thems of you that like TOS, TNG and DS9, give Lower Decks and Strange New Worlds a try, they’re excellent and done with a lot of love for the original serieses.
TNG and DS9 will always have a special place in my heart because DS9 premiered when I was in college, and we’d watch new episodes of TNG and DS9 on a big projection screen in one of the conference halls every week. :)
That is a cool effect in the third panel. I wonder if it was paint-normal-frame-then-cut-up-and-distort, or just drawn and painted like this from the start, or something else.
