I am not Anna Freud, but I am a therapist working with children. I live with my darling black cat Pansy who just celebrated her 21st birthday in March 2022.
I once lived with a beautiful, dignified, Siamese cat who was blind in one eye. She was famous for jumping to the top of the refrigerator from the counter in one graceful leap. One day she missed the fridge by a few inches. She sat on the floor looking disgusted for a few seconds and then hid under the dining room table for a while. We figured she was so embarrassed that we left her alone.
