Pop is always away on business. My speculation is that he’s an arms merchant, selling to governments and NGO’s. All legal transactions, through shell companies when necessary. He makes big money. He is always in some other part of the world. What little we’ve seen of him, he seems not mean but callous and cold which might be necessary in dealing military arms internationally. His concern for Tiffany’s well being and success seems genuine, but unemotional. He doesn’t talk about his business. That’s my take anyway. Thanks for asking. I’ve been wanting to muse about him in print. What do the other readers think?
One never knows. Maybe space fighter is her strong suit; she never tried it before. As an example, General U S Grant wasn’t good at anything except winning battles.
Omnivore here. Not-meat patties are fine, if you aren’t expecting them to imitate meat, but thinking of something to form the heart of a sandwich. Think of falafel.
