    Agreed. And since Lee has not engaged Sarah in any way (conversation, confrontation, etc.) I would think a harassment charge would be very unlikely. How would Sarah know for sure that Lee isn’t just having lunch in the same place. I do think Sarah noticing Lee and being suspicious is probably wise in a general sense.
