Grammer, once properly explained really does (almost) make sense: the article, ‘a’, ‘an’, or ‘the’, modifies the noun following. In this case it’s ‘game’. ‘Utah Jazz’ is an adjectival phrase descriptive of the noun.
Ah! Memories of Methodist pot-luck. I was the preacher’s kid. Got to enjoy all the left over jello w/ carrots and/or cottage cheese, not to mention the gawd-awful scalloped potatoes… Nobody wanted to take them home, cause they were always burned on the bottom. Worst I ever faced: “Strawberry” (red) jello with tomato bits scattered throughout. Sorta caused me to lose my religion…
tyvm. Do you know that you are the very first — in my three years of trying — to cite sources of any sort? FWIW, here’s a weblink: pubmed-ncbi-nlm-nih-gov/39615487/ (replace – with . )
Can you give us a cite for that? Would really like to find actual research papers, but a news account would usually have deeper links and that would be fine.
