I was born on Dec 1st but they let me start school a year early anyway. It was a small country school. Only 7 kids in my grade. No kindergarten and 1st and 2nd grade were in the same classroom with one teacher who was also the elementary principal. Her daughter was my 3rd and 4th grade teacher.
