Growing up in the 60’s and early 70’s I remember being out after dark all the time without having to worry. Now parents have to have an eye on their kids in broad daylight, and even adults are fearful of going out at night. Things are not getting better.

I started just after Advanced was hitting the streets. Quite the improvement over Basic. I think my favorite dungeons were Tegel Manor and Ravenloft, but we played some awesome scratch games. Stopped in the late ’80’s. Peeked in recently and 5e is interesting, but I prefer Advanced.
