From the best of bygone Valley restaurants, it would have to be the Moskva Cliff Restaurant, on Ventura Blvd., Studio City. My uncle would purposely fly in from Chicago for their borscht and chicken Kyiv.
Probably more because it’s edible, but where’s the business licensing, etc.? And I don’t think the Health Dept. would approve a dormroom kitchen.
Worse than that, Stef makes personal plans for each space she sees. “This is perfect. My bureau can go here and my hope chest can go over there! And oh! This room is great for extra drill practice. I bet I could get the whole team in here.”
That’s what many people do… spend a big chunk of time with spread sheets and pie charts, planning what to do to meet their goals instead of actually doing the work to get there.
