I divided the total comments in the thread including my future comment and the original comment by the total comments of the page including my future comment. that is .3079 or 30.8%. Can’t remember the full equation though, the values have changedd :(

This is old- but I never miss an opportunity to educate about Batman, haha. The usual backstory is that Batman’s parents were killed by Joe Chill, a man hired by mob boss Lew Moxon for revenge. Earlier, Dr. Wayne had sent Moxon up the river, and he wanted it resolved. Chill was instructed to leave young Bruce alive so the witness could testify that Moxon was not the killer. If he had not said that it was simply a botched robbery, Moxon would easily have been pinned down as the attacker. One person that would be considered far more responsible for Batman’s vigilante career was Mrs. Chillton. She is both responsible for giving birth to Joe Chill, the hired killer, and taking care of Bruce after the death of his parents. She was the one that led him to be who he became. Alfred knew of her relation to Joe, but Bruce never did. Chill, furthermore, was responsible only for those two murders. He told Moxon of his guilt soon after and was killed. Moxon, for his part, was caught later. Batman wore the same bat costume that had inspired him to be Batman and that his father had worn for a costume party the same night Moxon tried to use Dr. Wayne’s doctor skills and Wayne stopped him and sent him to prison. Though Moxon had gone under a case of amnesia and forgot the whole incident of hiring and everything, Batman’s retro costume gave him the reminder he needed, and he died when he fled from the shock onto a busy street and was hit by a truck. So Chill was only responsible for two deaths and his mother created the epic Batman, and Moxon was the one responsible for the death of Dr. and Mrs. Wayne, and also for the death of the person who had arranged their death, so he couldn’t kill anymore— ethics is weird but Batman is more complicated. Assuming you read all that, good job and thank you for allowing me to go on and on.
