Had the bullet at the Battle of Saratoga killed Arnold (cementing his heroic act in history and not the eventual treason), rather than maimed him, we would have Universities, probably cities, states, named after him like we did Washington. He disobeyed orders to stay off the field at Saratoga, lead the charge into the British lines that lead to the Americans becoming the first (EVER) to defeat a British Army, which impressed the French enough to now join us, which is how we won the Revolutionary War. He did amazing things and gave all before his treason. An interesting person in history for sure.
One of my fav “Pooch Cafe” arcs was when Poncho followed the guy home and found he owned a dog! Who was perfectly content and happy. Blew Poncho’s mind.
