    I haven’t kept up with this as well as everyone else, but maybe her hostility arose during the spell where Bets and Gun split? Gunther was pretty torn up about it, but I don’t remember if Irma or Al were aware. Just a guess.

    I have been asked this a number of times, and I’m not even married. I have found that blunt (not hostile though) honesty cuts the conversation short. I get that kind of openness isn’t for everyone though.

    I vaguely remember Tarantino hosting, now that you mention it. I’ll try to search for that one, too. As a preteen, my absolute favorite was anything to do with a Frank Stallone punchline, and, of course, Burt Reynolds impersonations.

    All I can think of with Frank’s punchline is the new emergency phone number from “The IT Crowd,” but I think Greg would have some difficulty fitting all that in a small balloon…

    I love these kind of stories. If my beloved were still here, I could’ve seen us being that cuddly in our old age too.
