Nixon, of course, is noted for saying, “When the President does something, that means it is not illegal.” That’s one aphorism that Trump has clearly taken deeply to heart. He even seems to think it’s retroactive, that everything he did prior to taking office was just as “not illegal” as everything he’s done since taking office. :-|
“Take-out” with a hyphen doesn’t, though. It’s a noun, and the other two are verbs. So I can’t think of anything else to comment on right now, so sue me. ;-)
C’mon, Rick, that’s probably the best gift he’s ever gotten you. And he even thought of it by himself. You can’t go to jail to for receiving classified information, can you? Or can you?
Off-topic, I just noticed (as I’m sure many, many people noticed long before) that when Biden became president, he was the same age that Trump is now (78). So all the hateful remarks that have been made about Biden’s age are now, literally, just as applicable to Trump’s age. I wonder if Trump supporters will take jokes about Trump’s age nearly as well as they dished out jokes about Biden’s age. I doubt it.
Maybe Rick sliding into irrelevance was noticeable even back then.
