Four years ago, MTG and all her ilk were calling COVID a hoax and not dangerous. Now, they want to transfer the blame for Trump’s horrible and deadly response to COVID on Fauci.

The mainstream media has been raising questions about Biden’s age and competence ad infinitum, and scores of editorial cartoonists (mostly right-wing partisans) have been making fun of Biden on this issue. Rall’s contribution to this rant is unnecessary, monotonous, repetitive, tedious and unimaginative.

Yesterday at the House Committee hearing, it was verified by the IRS “whistleblower” that it was the Trump DOJ in 2018 which did not pursue serious charges against Hunter Biden.

Good cartoon. But never underestimate these guys. I am old enough to remember back in 1979 when people were saying Ronald Reagan could never get himself elected as President. People were saying the same thing about Trump as late as October in 2016. Never underestimate …

Putin started the war. Why not use a cartoon to attack him? He’s the one ordering the killing of innocent women and children. No one is an angel in this conflict. But Putin is definitely the devil. I agree that the U.S. government spends way too much on weapons, even ones that the military didn’t ask for, but some Congressperson or Senator wants it for the industry in their state. We need to spend more on education, health care, infrastructure, etc.

One more question: Would you feel better and safer living in Russia?

All the reports you cite in which U.S. troops were directly involved in the deaths of journalists occurred during the Iraq War. War is hell. People die. It is why I did not support the Iraq War. The Iraqi civilian casualties may have been between 184,382 and 207,156. https://watson.brown.edu/costsofwar/costs/human/civilians/iraqi

The reports you provided did not contain any evidence that leaders of the U.S. government specifically targeted, hunted down and killed journalists. One report you included did mention that journalists died during the Vietnam War. It is a risk that journalists take when they walk into a war zone.

I did not vote for W or Trump. I am sorry for all the people, including journalists, who died during the wars and activities under U.S. administrations.

Like the rest of the civilized world, I was horrified by the murder of Jamal Khashoggi. However, U.S. personnel were not directly involved in the targeting and murdering of Khashoggi.

Unlike the U.S., there is compelling evidence that Russia hunts down and kills journalists, and there is no recourse for them in the courts controlled by the state. There is no justice. https://www.npr.org/2018/04/21/604497554/why-do-russian-journalists-keep-falling

Russia is ranked extremely low for press freedom compared to the rest of the world. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_freedom_in_Russia

If anyone is so disgusted by the United States, then move to Russia and see how long you remain free and healthy if you are a journalist and openly investigate the Russian regime.

On the other hand, if Trump or his clone wins the presidency in 2024, my family and I will seriously consider moving since there may be no hope left for any progress in the U.S. Recognizing that no place is perfect, any suggestions for a better country are welcome as long as it’s not Russia.
