I don’t care for salads myself. And there are so many kinds of cereal that it doesn’t get too boring. I used to buy a smaller box (not those ‘family’ size monsters). It would last me a couple weeks, then I’d buy a different variety. Lather, rinse, repeat ad infinitum. Leftovers from work would be both varied and cheap. Ramen in also cheap and comes in lots of flavors. I think Les has it figured out.
One thing this arc has done, I think, is to reaffirm my thoughts that Brad and Toni *really• don’t have Shannon quite as often as some people on the comments think they do. My feeling is that we see Shannon maybe 6 -7 times a year, and given the fact that a weeklong arc in comics land may actually just be a day or two in the Luanneverse, I think it likely that B &T only have her 15 or so days a years, usually for one day and occasionally for a sleepover. It’s obvious from this arc that neither Shannon nor Brad are used to extended stays.
I want to say that Tif tried to stand up to Stef, with very little support from the roomies other than stupid things like the privacy zone tent, which probably made Stef feel even more entitled. Hopefully Tif will have Dez’ back better than Dez had hers.
I think she looks cute. I approve of college age people playing with their personal styles. She’s acting like a nitwit, though, which might be what Nil is responding to
I don’t see why that would have to be so. Brad and Toni still get strip time without Luann, so why not Frank and Nancy. Their “connection” is that they’re Luann’s parents.
