  1. about 9 hours ago on Geech

I would suggest Geech take a picture of the parking space (and surrounding area) with his cell phone (assuming he has one; I realize these strips were done more than 20 years ago). Such a action has helped me innumerable times! However, even if all those stars aligned for our benighted protagonist, he’d no doubt lock it (and the keys) in the truck, leaving us right back where we started.

I disagree. I think they’re just being proud and supportive of him, no matter what.

Why does it look like at least one of those birds is flipping the … um … “bird”?

You’re right; it was, is, and likely will continue to be “a fight between democracy and fascism”. Fascists want to control the narrative and, through means such as the media (and, today, social media), the people, by giving them only the information they deem “acceptable”. That, today, falls squarely into the Democrats’ camp, not the Republicans’.

In addition to keeping pertinent information away from the hoi polloi in 2020 — information which many said later, only after the information was allowed out too late, would have changed their vote — John Kerry recently openly admitted that “the First Amendment is dangerous” (which it is to the Democrats). Around the same time, Hillary Clinton said that freedom of speech should be suppressed, as it gives the masses the chance to think for themselves (also dangerous to the Democrats).

As for Trump’s “own generals” speaking out against them — they were part of the (Dem) problem, rather than the (Trump) solution. They proved themselves untrustworthy and without honor.

That’s my opinion, based on what I know, but then … what I know was offered largely by the left-leaning media; I was able to read between the lines. So, too, were enough people to create the Red Wave.

In four years, we can reset and go again.
