Actually defund the police in most instances means exactly what it sounds like. In Seattle they have already cut officers and many other liberal cities have done the same. Crime is up in all liberal cities and will continue to rise as the libs sit on their hands. Unfortunately, it will be too late before any action will be taken. The question is why would you want to spend millions of dollars for to investigate a few nuts being allowed in by police? You allow cities to be burned, statues to be toppled and people to be killed cut complain about a one time deal. Dims have lost what little brain cells they were born with.
