   No servce members died on his watch. Joe forgot his standing on the tarmac while thirteen, flag draped coffins were being removed from an aircraft. Joe was more interested in the second hand moving around the dial face of his watch.

   Then there was his comment on being endorsed by the Boarder Patrol Union. The union came out before the debate was finished and denied their support of Biden.

   Most of the other statements made by Joe was gibberish and hard to follow.
