“The pine tree is a traditional symbol of New England. The phrase “appeal to heaven” appears in John Locke’s Second Treatise on Government, where it is used to describe the right of revolution. The flag is the official maritime ensign for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, though the script was removed in 1971." Flying that flag no more forces belief in religion on anybody than flying the gay flag forces the people who see it to become gay. Grow the h@ll up.

And yet, one country that stands out with respect to all of those desirable qualities – except the inexhaustible supply – is being maligned, harassed, and defamed around the world, including in the UN, for defending itself against a gang of murderers, rapists, and kidnappers; and people who share its heritage but live elsewhere are attacked, assaulted, and excluded. Interesting, isn’t it?

Only LWs think rioting, occupying university offices, keeping people from going to work, assaulting people you disagree with, and throwing things at the police, etc., are “civil rights.”

The Supreme Court is not pro-bumpstock either. It’s pro-interpreting the language of the Constitution and of legislation to understand it correctly. It stops the authorities to act on “a word means what I say it means.”

Since when does Biden mind Republicans howling? If he minded that, he would have retired long ago.

The Supreme Court was correct. A bump stock doesn’t make a semi-automatic rifle into a machine-gun, and calling it one doesn’t make it so. If Congress wants to pass a law against bump stocks, it should do so; if Biden wants to issue a presidential order, he should do so. Just redefining a well-established and well-known term like “machine-gun” or “automatic weapon” is a cowardly and dishonest way of outlawing otherwise legal equipment.

If you know nothing about a topic, as you obviously know nothing about the NRA, it would be advisable to refrain from commenting. It just advertises your lack of knowledge.
No, this was suicide.
