He hasn’t mentioned him but I imagine he was informed. Liz is around all the time. It makes sense that April would feel more comfortable going to her. She certainly doesn’t seem inclined to go to her parents room.
It’s always that way. Little siblings annoy older ones. Little siblings are then mad and go to parents to fix it. April is being told that everyone is allowed their own space. April will be a teen one day and want people to leave her alone too. Then she will understand what Elizabeth was feeling. April is a pest and will continue to be one til she is a little older. Then she will realize how annoying she was and be glad SHE doesn’t have a younger sibling.
April is annoying. She reminds me of so many little kids that join sitcoms when the kids in the cast get too old to be “cute.” Nobody needs or wants them. April is the “Cousin Oliver” of FBFW.
I always have a mental red pencil. He is right about that! I am always amazed at the number of typos I find in books though. They have a longer, more rigorous process, but it is the rare book I see without a typo. If they are self-published it is almost guaranteed to have a number of mistakes. Copy editing seems to be a lost art
I still don’t know what Joan does. I believe some sort of PR or marketing. I would use a fully staffed agency over this flighty woman who works out of her garage.
Very true. The last couple of malls I have been to were depressing beyond words. Practically ghost towns.
