Has any Telco or Cell service provider ever had difficulty identifying its users to BILL them ? Of course not. Yet they testify before regulating agencies that they have extreme difficulty identifying spammers, while providing the means to spoof numbers and even the equipment to do it and COLLECT THE REVENUE. Regulators smile with a wink and nod while accepting the bribes. IMHO

I don’t see anyone in this exchange thread challenging your basic argument. Personally, I only seek to provide you with a path forward that adds strength to your basic arguments.
