She became close to Les when it looked like they were going to be step-siblings, and he helped her when she needed income by taking the dishwasher job so she could take the server job. Yes, he took half her tips in return, but Gunther and Bets took half her earnings from the Ebay sales, so it wasn’t THAT slimy. And he has a reputation to maintain. His attachment to Punk shows there is something under the facade. He grew up in the shadow of the criminal Ann Eiffel, so he learned early how to get by. All that said, Tiffany is not interested in him. Tiffany suffered both physical and emotional trauma at the mansion, and it’s likely that she just feels the need to be near people she knows, and where she wouldn’t be alone. Even if the boys were out, Mrs. Gray would be around at the main house. There is nothing to indicate that she is interested in Les. Gunther will come home, see her in the beanbag chair, and after Les explains the situation in in police/medical jargon, Gunther will offer her his bed, and not with him. ( BTW, when the boys got the kittens, they had a sofa and what looks like a reclining chair, What happened to those?) Bets will show up, see Tiffany in Gun’s bed, and go nuts.
