I believe that in the first episode, the crew and passengers were all named in a radio broadcast about the missing ”Minnow”. They were Jonas Grumby, (Skipper), Willie Gilligan, Thurston Howell the Third and wife Lovey, Professor Roy Hinckly, Movie Star Ginger Grant, and farm girl Mary Ann Frobisher.
Don’t waste your time on this overblown film, watch “A Night to Remember”, it’s the Best of all the films because it was made with input of the survivors! That, and I especially recommend “Monkey-Ed Movie: Titanic” on YouTube!!!
