Read and follow BOZO by Foxo Reardon . The original pantomime strip from the 1940’s . As relevant today as it was then . Funny never changes . People never change. BOZO is a period comic strip set in 1940’s USA featuring a mischievous and irreverent character named Bozo . That’s my take on this classic as it is brand new to me . Bozo was brought back in 2008 by Michael T. Reardon , son of the strips creator . Bozo stopped in November 1955 upon the untimely passing of Foxo . Fifty-three years later Bozo comes out of retirement to entertain a new generation of fans . The supporting characters add fun and laughs . You are in for a treat !

Two examples today of Foxo’s talent in drawing realistic night scenes . The darkened buildings with the lights and the subtly dark sky . And , of course , the exploding cigar gag and Bozo’s sleight of hand fooling fingers . What a great Bozo day !

He was a city carrier but he was unkempt . Crummy worn out shoes . Torn shorts and long hair like some rock singer . He wasn’t representing the US Postal Service very well .
