I answered a pol last week. I don’t usually, and block the numbers on my phone, but I plugged the address into a computer I keep around for “things.” I was honest, even tho’ the questions seemed to me very heavily skewed for T_p. I hope I skewed their numbers. :-)
I own a few semi-automatic firearms, and I use them because I enjoy target shooting. It’s a skill I learned with bb guns when I was younger, and enjoy now as an adult. They can also be used in home defense, which can open up another legal barrel of worms.
The problem I see with bump stocks, the Glock switch, etc. is that we left of center folks are conflating “select fire” with “machine gun.” The methods and equipment used to make a gun shoot more than one round with one trigger pull don’t make them only machine guns, but select fire type, meaning you can switch h between single trigger pull/single fire and hold the trigger down/multiple fire.
I would like to see somebody in Congress work with ATF to recreate the bump stock ban using the select fire terms rather than machine gun. Might get more traction that way.
So, all you computer forensics specialists, tell us: just what documents on this fabled laptop actually provide evidence of corruption, and can be taken to a prosecutor for trial?
I doubt you’d have gotten them anywhere near a range.
