   i think tiff might find a dog comforting- she is becoming more mature and dogs bark if they hear noises. poor tiff needs the love. there will be others in the house, too. i think ox would be thrilled to help take care of the dog, and he will be there, among others. since you are “dog smart” please tell me why most dogs i know pee a little when i go to their houses – to the point that back doors are opened and i am instructed to run so they don’t tinkle on the floor.

   no training is needed if you have the right dog. i had an Anatolian shepherd who HAD to know where i was at all times. when my husband walked her and someone drove towards our house (dead end street) she would stop and drag my husband back to our house. she would lie on the floor and watch me if i was relaxing on the couch reading a book, and funny, she growled at my husband when he came to bed for half of the 14 years we had her. so loving, and no threat to people coming over if i said hello or talked to them first. she loved other dogs but did not like cats. i know she would have given her life to protect me. i still miss her.

   geez… i thought this was about tiffany, and her non relationship with her dad. sad. now all i am reading is about how business is done or not done. how about a little sympathy for a discarded girl.

   maybe there was an attempted break-in…someone may have thrown a rock to see how many lights were turned on, to hear the sounds of dogs barking, to see people opening the door or peeking out windows. we will never know, will we.

   poor piro… that took bravery and he must be exhausted after the reading. berniece and luann are clueless. self-centered.i hope jack and him become friends… jack does take people at face value, and that is just maybe good enough for piro. no one trying to fix him.

   another arc – Dez lets poor Stef be her roomie, Bets moves back to the dorm and becomes Tiffany’s room mate. More fireworks to come!
