I hear you. As a retired educator (35 years in the trenches), I am sickened by the politicization of education. God knows they tried monetizing it for years (finally succeeding through the high-stakes’ testing materials), and now, using the mantra “the parents know best what their kids need” (they REALLY don’t!), they are subjecting the educators to the indignity of kow-towing to the parents instead of leading and educating them.
You guys are writing about rhyming schemes, yet I see the Dunning-Kruger effect on full display. Want to find the most ignorant person in the room? Find the one who’s most sure s/he knows it all…
You may have seen it in earlier episodes… it’s a huge playground item constructed of old tractor (and other) tires that can be climbed upon, or entered through its “mouth”, allowing the kids to plumb its dark depths… to have adventures, find seclusion, or just get lost
