A sheltered tourist was visiting abroad for the first time and while in Scotland came across a man playing bagpipes. He asked, “What the heck is that?” The Scotsman replied, “Why, these are bagpipes, the national instrument of Scotland!”
“Oh,” replied the tourist, " I thought maybe it was some kind of weird Scottish joke!"
