   My first thought was “This one will be tricky for translators!”I went to have a look at /periquita/2024/10/04 and it just seems like a literal translation without any joke left? But I don‘t actually understand Spanish much, can someone who does tell if they found a clever substitute or not?

   Haha yes, I originally heard the news with only Caroline Cash mentioned and thought “Could it just be a funny way for OJ to reveal her true identity?”. In any case, looking forward to see these guest cartoonists’ take on Nancy!

   The order of panels is the joke here, and the order of panels in the Spanish version are not in the order for the joke to work…

   Interesting! Do we know for sure that there is a separate colorist for Nancy? I somehow assumed Olivia Jaimes was taking care of that too. In comic books, colorists are usually credited, so I wonder if no credit here means it’s the author doing the colors too? Has anyone more information about it? Maybe it’s written in the colophons of the two printed strip collections?
