I had to go see the human resources director of my company one day and he told me he just fired the guy that left. For the next couple of weeks after that I would run into him as I would always ask him if he fired anybody today. One day he told me That he didn’t really like firing someone as he said it always bothers him for a bit. My daughter also said when the first time she fire someone she told me that is the worst part of her job. Make me feel glad I don’t have a job firing people
Flo reminds me of my wife a lot. In my younger wild days I often frequented a local pub in my neighborhood as my wife called there once when I was there and they lied and said no he is not here. Well my wife has been around for a wild as she came down there to see for herself and there I was sitting at the bar with my buds. That was 35 years ago but she still brings that up. But now at 75 I’m glad I don’t hang around pubs much anymore.
