    THanks. As I say, beware of REVENGE. He uploaded a hideously flawed file and had the temerity to tour it as newly edited. Siiiiigh. I do have to say I have issues with Amazonā€™s pricing. MORABU, in paperback form, is 800 pages long, and they want something like $18 for it. Of that, I get about $3 per copy sold. Given my choice, Iā€™d put a #10 max list. Then again, Iā€™m nt in it for the money.
