   Actually it is best to let your dog do their thing on walks, especially let them sniff. Many people try to keep the dog moving when a dog’s greatest joy on walks is stopping to sniff.

   I was sharing a hot tub at a motel once with a couple of European women who didn’t shave their armpits and actually found the patchs of hair there erotic.

   Living in Wisconsin and always running outdoors (never at the gym) I wear my Icebugs running shoes with the metal spikes in the soles. Can run across solid ice with no problems. I just have to be careful in the house on tile to get outdoors because the spikes are slippery on tila and bare floors.

   There wasn’t a Woolworths within walking distance when I was a kid but there was a Ben Franklin. I remember buying caps for my cap gun and those little wax bottles with the sweet colored liquid in them. This was in the 1950’s
