   NCAA changed the rules, I’ll be interested to see if they let HS change. Would probably be a while since they don’t get new uniforms very often. I would think the refs wouldn’t like the change! >

   But last year it wasn’t necessarily implied there wasn’t another pitcher, that wasn’t the story. This story is saying Luke’s kid isn’t playing because of the Korean kid. And every HS baseball game I’ve ever watched (my son plays), when they take a pitcher out or he’s not pitching that game, he’s at a different position, not on the bench.

   @mopman C is freshman team, sometimes there’s older kids on it so they call it C team. All our HS games are the same night, so the three coaches function as assistants for each other during each game.

   Our HS team has three coaches for boys and three for girls, one each for varsity, JV, and C team. They are all on the bench for varsity games.

   If you live out in the boonies like I do, your kids can get a farm permit – they can drive to and from school and work at 14. My son drove to school as a freshman. Not supposed to drive anywhere else though, and I don’t think Milford is quite a farm community! (Though when I was in high school, my whole state had the same rules and you didn’t have to live on a farm, I lived in the city and drove to school at 14).
