   We go through the “What streaming service was that program on” and spend the next 1/2 hour trying to find the program we want only to discover there are no new episodes yet,

   We had our CO detectors go off in our house. The fire dept. said we were lucky because a family 2 streets over had recently died because they didn’t have those detectors. Ever since then I carry a portable CO detector whenever we go on a trip.

   Yes. They usually work with a script tree in front of them and they are prohibited from deviating from the tree’s path. That’s really why they record calls, to check if the agents are deviating.
