   Backstrap is the best. Also my wife cooks up a great venison sauce piquant And our dogs love the scraps that we don’t eat. Plus the bones keep them busy most of the day.

   We still have that at Brookshires. They take it out to your car and load it in. They are not allowed to take a tip also.
