I’m American and my washer and dryer is in my kitchen. My house had older people in it before I bought it. They had moved the washer and dryer up from the basement. We did the same thing for my grandma, so she didn’t have to climb stairs and risk falling.

I was 54 when I had my first surgery and 59 with my last. I’m now 61 and I never heard anything about being too young! :o} The doctors were more worried about the bone on bone wearing down to where they wouldn’t be able to attach the implants. I’m also an ON stocker at Walmart and haven’t had any issues. Maybe check into getting another opinion?

Is there a reason you don’t want knee replacement? I tried all those shots, but because I had bone on bone pain, I opted for knee replacement on both knees at once in 2017. After 4 years, the cement on the bottom implants came loose on both knees. I tried the shots again, but they never worked. In 2022, I had knee revisions on both knees, one in March and the other in Nov. The muscles are still healing, but I don’t have any pain. Other than when the weather changes, but the old knees did the same. :o) If you decide on knee replacement, have it done during the winter time. Then, you can enjoy the snow from the inside and have your summer to enjoy the nice weather.

I buy the fast acting at Walmart runs about $8+ dollars and has 60 tablets. I take one tablet with the first bite of any dairy or other food I might have trouble with. If I’m going to be eating something over 30-40 min. I will take another tablet. If I’m eating Hershey’s Kisses, which is my vice, I take 2 tablets first. Otherwise, the consequences are dire!! :)

I am also lactose intolerant. I take the Equate version of Lactaid pills. They help with ice cream, milk, and some milk chocolates. You might try it and see if it helps.

Robin lives in Australia It’s summer there. He was a Professor, so I think he knows how to read time. By the way, that’s military time too.
