For all the comments here about how they dislike this story line, I’m amazed any of the commentators bother to continue to read the comic.
I for one grew up reading Luann, I relate to how she feels. I think this was a wonderful ending to a wonderful relationship. They have good memories to hold. It’s emotional but not traumatizing. Luann has truly grown. She is heartbroken by Quill’s leaving, but not behaving dramatically like she did when Aaron Hill moved. She’s learning from her life experiences and we get to be a part of that journey.
Although you maybe slightly correct in your assumption, it is not the full truth. I wear a memorial to my mom on my upper right arm. It is very clear what it is. Maori are beautiful, but I do not understand their language, just as I do not understand the “language” that others place on their bodies which hold religious/spiritual meaning to them. Just because you do not understand, does not mean it is not communication.
@ИOMЯOMAnd exactly why would one believe what they read on Yahoo! Answers? I would strongly suggest doing more research before you spread such rumors around. Because until you have a better source than Yahoo! Answers, it is simply that, a rumor.
What you fail to realize is that no one is requiring you to pay for birth control for someone. Women are just asking that all companies be required to offer health care that helps provide for those options.
Oh, and none of your tax dollars go towards that. None. Period.
And, keep in mind, that your tax dollars are paying for wars that I’d like to bet you’re against. The sad part is, we don’t get the option to opt out of paying taxes simply because it doesn’t fit what we feel is right.
You do have a right to opt out of certain insurance coverage because you don’t feel it’s right.
