So, what? With the border open as it is, she will be back inside of a week. Bailing isn’t going to help if you can’t seal the leak.Pro tip:Blowing more holes to let the water out of your sinking vessel doesn’t even work for the Three Stooges.

pfei2582The ACLU version is not redacted or condensed, not even modified in regards to the odd capitalization of the original. And you need a close quotes at the end of “equal protection of the laws.” to separate it from your gratuitous slam against the ACLU.

Foreign nationals are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, unless they are criminals whose crimes are committed in the jurisdiction of the United States. They do not vote, pay taxes or have their legal actions recorded as citizens with a valid US address. Illegal aliens are visitors without a Visa, and not subject to US jurisdiction.

OK. And what has this to do with the point I made to treesareus that the citizenship granted to persons by the 14th Amendment has nothing to do with parentage?

Actually, considering the number of persons who are willing to risk incredible danger and hardship to get here, and the number of persons here willing to hire them, I think there is a very good case for a major increase of legal immigration.

But nobody seems even to want to consider or discuss that possibility.
