Reality Check Coyote vs. Acme Corporation - The Negligence Lawsuit At this time, I'd like to call to the stand the president of Acme Corporation... Wait a minute... How... It's... Him! It's all starting to make sense!
Lol, love this. As a historical footnote, fifty years ago there were dozens of companies named “Acme”, which of course means the best. For some reason they all changed their name, though, as “Acme” ceased having a positive image in the minds of consumers.
You mean, Wile E. Coyote didn’t learn this during teh discovery phase!? Lousy attorney. Does remind me a little, though, of a serial in “National Lampoon” back in the day where WEC took Acme to court over all the stuff he bought from them that didn’t work. Surreptitiously, while Acme’s stock was tanking as the trial dragged on, WEC was buying it up. He came out of court holding a huge bag o’money and the deed to Acme.

Wait until he discovers that Ace is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Acme.
