Poor Rover - but I’m with Mom on this one. I won’t drive in 30 degree weather with the window down for my dog until the heater warms up enough to keep me warm.

You knew where the North Pole was in 3rd grade but never got it together to understand how to read a simple comic strip? Did you even read comics when you were a kid or are they a new discovery?
JAD- It’s a COMIC STRIP! They reflect on real life with humor, (hopefully). Get a grip! Are you one of those that have to have every joke explained and therefore aren’t worth the time telling jokes to?
