Thats better than my one dog she used to howl when you blew a dog whistle, so I used to use a wooden one so she wouldn’t howl but come to me when I blew the wooden one.

When I was 6, we had hearing tests at school. The nurse set the thing, didn’t see I had the headset on, and blew my ears out. She was amazed that I could hear that frequency. I could also hear dog whistles. I was asthmatic, too. I lost that ability around the 7th grade or so. Thanks for the memory!

This kind of high-pitched dog whistle works great; especially if you are fed up with being started by some neighbor’s vicious and beligerent dog when you walk down the street!!!!

You better bury that whistle, Rover. Bury it deep.

B Lawson: I was a kid when they first came on the market. I could hear them too, soft, but there. Now I miss a lot of frequencies and would probably be deaf if I hadn’t avoided rock and roll.
