Unlike Rover, my IS Katie detests going outside when it is raining. She’ll refuse to go out until she can’t hold it anymore. And then she wants me to go out with her with a large umbrella so she can do her thing without getting wet! =-O

I think the thin haired dogs like the raindrop massage; it is the cold temperature that drives them back in.

Rain ? My last dog wouldn.t even go out in the rain(unless i carry her out) to “GO” .feet of Snow ,cold no prob,but rain no way ! RIP brandi !
