I would rather time-travel and my destination would be the 1950s and the toy section of Wooworth’s with a bunch of the oldest quarters I can find. Dollar bills? Try to find silver certificates so you don’t raise suspicions. Did they have Federal Reserve notes back then?

Hmm, the Original Series actually never used the phrase “Beam us up, Scotty” (or “Beam me up, Scotty”) in any episode.

At first, I thought they had made an error here in regards to Toys R Us, but then I discovered to my surprise that it was founded all the way back in 1948. I thought it was much newer than that.

I would teleport to the death-star, that way I could challenge Lord Vader to a light saber match, in real life he’s only 5’ tall.

“The Lights of Zetar” mostly a good episode. Hated that pulp science fiction name though. Zandor system? There is a Zandor who with his Herculiods defended his jungle planet Amzot from alien invaders. Also his wife Tara and son Dorno. Zandor voiced by Mike Rhodes who was also the first voice for Roger “Race” Bannon on Jonny Quest.

I wouldn’t take a chance on that type of teleporter. Many suspect that it kills you and makes a copy.

Do any of you remember the MAD Magazine spoof back in the late 60’s called “Star Blecch”? All I seem to recall is one of them beaming up and being all discombobulated when they materialized back on the ship. Feet where the head went, etc.
