In 1998, I was on the Metrorail, going from The Mall to Reagan Airport. An Army officer sat in front of me and began reading through his dossier. I almost started reading along, until I noticed that it was marked “Top Secret”. I decided to enjoy the view out the window.

Odd that the “Guardian” that didn’t take as much effort to draw is spelled correctly, but the one that took a lot of effort to draw… isn’t.

Maybe in a future Almanack Metro Game Guide the great R.Thompson would have illustrated this: “ManSpreading Smackdown”. Whoever knocks his competitor off the bench wins. Can only be played on the bench seats by the doors. I guess we’ll never know.
