As said before: Heft received a B because his art project was “uninspired” since he just added and rearranged stars, also his sewing skills were not the best. However his grade was adjusted to “A” when his proposal (one of quite a few similar), was accepted as new flag of the USA.

It can also be called a CLUB!Imagine a cow with diareahhea(sp) walking through a patch of burrdocks – and a few hours later -(Cows are very adept at giving horseflies a notice to move on with a switch of the tail!)
